Shine, Rotterdam Carnival annual All White event is back with another edition to kick off the Rotterdam Carnival weekend for the Soca lovers.

This year the event will be held at Club Reverse with some of the best entertainers in the scene from The Netherlands and The UK. Get your white outfit ready, be creative and roll out on Thursday July 25.
